On Completion of your mortgage, a full view of your products held including any insurances.
Automated property valuation updates every quarter
Reminders for when your mortgage is due to expire so we can take action and avoid you going on to standard variable rates.
A link to share your advisors contact details easily with family and friends.
An encrypted messaging service to allow you to communicate with your advisor.
Your Portal uses the same high-level encryption and security measures used by banks and other financial institutions, so you can have peace of mind that your information is safe with us.
We will use Your Portal to correspond with you for any sensitive information. You will receive email notifications, as and when there are actions or information for you.
You don’t have to use Your Portal to supply the documentation if you choose not to, this is your choice. You can provide the documents over email should you wish, but this is not a secure environment to do so, but this is your choice.
However, you must complete the Fact Find via the Portal.
